Terms of Service
Last updated November 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using any Classspace product — including Hour of Math, Digital Technologies, Exam Focus, Classspace for Schools and LiveClass — you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent, guardian or school must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Classspace is a product of JuniorX Innovation Academy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
Schools, tutors and parents who create accounts for students confirm that they are authorised to do so and to accept these terms for those students.
3. Subscriptions, passes and payments
Some features need a paid subscription, a unit pass or a school licence. Prices, billing frequency and the length of access are shown when you buy.
Payments are processed by Flutterwave. Purchases are final except where the law says otherwise. We may change prices going forward; a change never reduces access you have already paid for.
School licences are for the school that bought them and the seats it has been given; they may not be shared outside that school.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access, or try to access, another person's account or data;
- disrupt, probe or overload the service, or attempt to bypass its security or licensing;
- copy, scrape or redistribute our lessons, worksheets or other content in bulk;
- upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or use collaborative features to harass others.
5. Content and intellectual property
Lessons, worksheets, software and branding on Classspace products are owned by Classspace or its licensors. You may use them for learning and teaching through the service, but may not copy them or create derivative works without our written permission.
You keep ownership of original content you submit. You give Classspace permission to host and display it as needed to run the service.
6. Offline school server and desktop app
The Classspace school server and desktop app are licensed, not sold, for use by the school that installed them. They update themselves from Classspace; you agree not to tamper with, reverse engineer or redistribute them or the content they carry.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Classspace available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or retire features. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect paid access.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that risks the security or integrity of the service. You, or the school or parent responsible for an account, can ask us to delete it at any time.
9. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". Classspace supports learning but does not guarantee any particular exam result or educational outcome.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Classspace is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Classspace entity you contract with is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact us
Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
